Captain Planet is backCaptain Planet is back

I asked mr Gooseman from GreasyMoose.com if we could show his new cartoon on Weebl's Stuff and he very kindly said yes. It's a stylish little number and very Australian but we won't hold that against anyone.

Game dayGame day

It's been a hectic week but there's some fun stuff on the way as a result. The next On The Moon has been written and voices done so it shouldn't be too long to a new episode arrives. That said Peabo does like to take his sweet, sweet time. Cat Face is semi written and might just be finished next week if all goes well.

A quick reminder that this years Fancy Dance has started and there has been a few entries already but one was made months ago so DISQUALIFIED!! We'll try and do a round up next week but for now don't forget that this years competition has the best prizes ever, including a Wii and this super sexy watch provided by Tokyo Flash (makers of ridiculous but fancy watches):

Look at that watch. It's like the future on your wrist.

So to the games for this week. First up it's the simple but rather fun "Oh The Huge Manatee" by http://www.digyourowngrave.com :

And next we've got Huje Tower by BBoy Games:

Fancy Dance 2009Fancy Dance 2009

It's October and that means it's time for this years Fancy Dance 2009.

This year we've got the biggest and best prize ever woth over £300 so you're probably gonna' want to get your fancy on.

You may be new to Weebl's Stuff and have no earthly idea what the Fancy Dance is. Well we shall explain it to you then after the break

What is the Fancy Dance?
The Fancy Dance is the dance of joy. A fearless dance that you do in your bedroom when no one is watching, or, if you're like me, when you wish to impress a lady. The moves are sweet and uncatagorised. There is no rule book for legitimate fancy.

If you want a visual example then may I draw your attention to the patron saint of fancy dancing: Shakira (Shakiraaah).

Last years winners were the fantastic Alex and Billy and are a fine example of the level of skill involved if you wish to win our fabulous competition:

The Prizes
So what is the prize this year?

An amazing and super stylish Denshoku watch from the lovely people at Tokyo Flash, makers of weird but wonderful time-telling devices. The Denshoku is worth £157.03 and looks like this:

I think we can all agree that this is a pretty smart watch.

But that's not the only part of the prize. Oh no. The winning entry will also get a Nintendo Wii console and a special Fancy Dance 2009 winners T-shirt.

We're pushing the boat out I think you can agree.

How to enter

  • Film yourself or your team dancing in the fanciest way possible. Just thrusting your groin at the camera is not fancy. Put some thought into it.

  • Funny is good. Stylish and funny is better.

  • Entries should be uploaded to Youtube with Fancy Dance 2009 in the title so we can find it easily.

  • Once uploaded then you should either email me here or post on the forums here to let us know. We will not go searching the internets for your video.

  • The video needs to have been specially for this years fancy dance. Any videos uploaded before today will be shunned. You can enter as many times as you like and you can have as many people in your entry as you like as well but there will only be one set of the prizes.

The competition is now open and will run the whole of October. After then we will announce the closing date. Good luck and get fancy.

Amazing HorseAmazing Horse

New toon time. It's a little number about women's rights and how they've improved as the use of the horse has declined. It's a period piece too set in the time of your Mr Darcys and your Jane Austen novel. I really tried to make the music in keeping with that of the time too. Check it out.

Not kid friendly.
