DJ Pie Safety's MessageDJ Pie Safety's Message

We have a video message by DJ Pie Safety for you to watch regarding his new game that's coming out on this site in January. To watch it continue reading.

So what's this all about then?

It's about stopping knife crime that's what. If you carry a knife you're more likely to get stabbed yourself. As part of the It doesn't have to happen campaign against knives we're making a game with help from you chaps and lady chaps. You can be part of it by helping out with beats and sounds. Or by making your own anti-knife posters to appear in the game.

First we need your sounds which you can upload here. We will try to incorporate the sounds you provide into the music which is going to be a major part of the game. Once our fancy poster creator is ready, you can start making them too.

All music needs to be submitted by Dec 22nd but posters can be submitted right the way through. The game itself will be launching in January.

Hm poster creator? So it'll be constrained by some limited flash application or can you just make any kind of graphic and submit it? As for the sounds... like any? I guess you'll get a lot of knife stab sounds though.

the sounds are for the music in the game. the poster creator will let you upload JPGs so anything goes.

This is not the winning game for the Science theng.

whats wrong with caring a knife? i have carried one for 16 years and never been stabbed! the problem is most people think of a knife as a weapon but a knife is a tool use it as a tool not as a weapon!

Am I the only person who could not comprehend a word of what was said?

I think it's supposed to be in-game music. Something that'll loop nicely.

i don't think it's pen knives he's talking about. If more people wore short shorts and ate pie [safely] the world would be a better place.

To australiasucks:
Most people carry things like switchblades as weapons.

Exactly - Knives in the UK are not generally used as tools if they are being carried around in someones pocket. Especially teenagers
